PD Dr. phil. Ralf Klausnitzer

Ralf Klausnitzer forscht auf den Gebieten der Literaturwissenschaft, Kultur- und Wissenschaftsgeschichte, mit einem Schwerpunkt auf der Wechselwirkung von Literatur und Wissen sowie historischen Rekonstruktionen akademischer Netzwerke. Seine Arbeiten umfassen die Analyse von Diskursen im Nationalsozialismus, die Rezeption der Romantik und die Entwicklung der Germanistik als Disziplin. Zudem engagiert er sich in der Hochschuldidaktik und vermittelt Methoden der Text- und Diskursanalyse. Die Forschung verbindet historische Quellenkritik mit theoretischen Ansätzen der Kulturwissenschaft und Wissensgeschichte.

  Few problem areas of the disciplines concerned with textual interpretation have led to such intensive and controversial discussion as the relationships between literature and knowledge. This textbook aims to document the most important approaches and research perspectives, to introduce productive models and analyse exemplary variants of the interplay between literature and knowledge orders. A glossary gives rapid access to central terms; a comprehensive bibliography allows the reader to consult further material on the topic. With its combination of documentation, systematic modelling and historical exemplification, the textbook provides an instructive introduction to a topic area that already plays an important role in literary and cultural studies, a role that will be of increasing significance in the future.
